Afternoon Tea in Barcelona, Spain, with Bernardo Galvan, motorbiking legend Book your FREE ticket HERE!
Saturday February the 27th, 2010 Holy straight bananas afternoon tea is coming to our European brothers. You thought Europe was all about fiscal policy and arguments about the shape of fruit. Well think again people of the tea revolution. Our European friends may not grind to a halt at 4:30 pm for cucumber sandwiches yet but by jove they will soon.
About our fine speaker Afternoon tea and banter from a European legend of adventure will be served up on the 27th of February in the fine Spanish city of Barcelona. This legend of adventure is the very fine gentleman Bernardino Rosendo Galván, better known as Cosi. Cosi's adventuring CV is mightily impressive. He's ridden his motorbike from Cadiz - London (aged only 18), from Cadiz - Tokyo and across every country in the Americas. The icing on the cake was his 70 day circumnavigation of the world on a motorbike in 1996; the fastest ever solo round the world trip by bike.

The Nitty Gritty Timings Doors will open at 3 p.m and the bar will be open from then. Cosi's talk begins at 4 p.m and will last for roughly an hour. After we're all sated with tales of adventure we'll retire for tea, cakes, the odd drink and some excellent tunes. At 8.30 p.m the venue closes and we'll move on to another bar...
